NVIDIA Mellanox MMA4Z00-NS400 is an OSFP 400 Gigabit Ethernet transceiver supporting 400GBASE-SR4 transmission over multimode fiber. It operates at 850 nm and uses an MPO-12/APC optical interface. The module provides up to 50 m reach on MMF and supports Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM).

This transceiver is designed for high-density 400 GbE ports in data center switches and network adapters equipped with OSFP slots. It supports short-reach parallel multimode fiber links using four transmit and four receive channels. The hot-pluggable OSFP form factor enables replacement without powering down the host system.

NVIDIA Mellanox MMA4Z00-NS400: 400GbE OSFP multimode transceiver with MPO-12/APC connector, 850 nm wavelength, and up to 50 m reach for short-range high-speed data center links.
